  • Visit you dentist.
  • Your dentist will take impressions of your teeth by using a material which tastes like toothpaste.
  • In the lab these impressions are filled with plaster and a duplication of your teeth is the result.
  • The plaster model of your upper jaw will be placed into a thermoforming unit of ERKODENT. A plastic foil will be warmed up in our unit and via air-pressure or vacuum-technique this foil will be formed according to your teeth. According to the type of PLAYSAFE it can be several foils in a multistage process.
  • By forming our foil(s) according to your (plaster) teeth a PLAYSAFE mouthguard is produced. For best protection you put your PLAYSAFE mouthguard onto your teeth. Your PLAYSAFE mouthguard fits only to your teeth, it is an custom-made protection device.
  • Now fully enjoy your sports. You do not have to worry about severe injuries of your teeth anymore (which would last all you life).
