Erkodur
As of March 2012 all thicknesses of the Erkodur thermoforming plates are predried and delivered packed in aluminium bags.
This way the intake of humidity in this material will be avoided in future and therefore the problem of bubbles in the plates during thermoforming will be solved.
For Erkodur in thicknesses 3 to 5 mm this proceeding has proved itself and has been reason for us to additionally include the thinner Erkodur foils.
In thicknesses up to 1.0 mm 20 plates are packed in one aluminium bag, in thicknesses of 1.5 mm and more there are 10 plates in one aluminium bag.
The various delivery forms contain the respective number of such aluminium bags.
Erkoloc-pro
At the request of many customers we now offer the double-layer plate Erkoloc-pro transparent also in thickness 1.0 mm.
The hard side has a partial thickness of 0.6 mm, the soft side of 0.4 mm.
For the time being this thickness is offered in Ø 120 mm as small package with 20 pieces and as large package with 100 pieces.
The diameters Ø 125 mm and 125 x 125 mm will be taken in the product range at a later date.
Foil imprinting
In January 2012 we have started with the imprinting of our thermoforming foil range.
The printed data contain the name of the foil with thickness as well as heating time, thermoforming temperature, ID number and cooling time.
The changeover of the complete range will still take some time.
We already deliver with this imprint the materials
  • Erkodur in all types
  • Erkoloc and Erkoloc-pro
  • Erkolen
  • Usig-foil
The further foil types like Erkoflex, Erkoplast, Erkorit, Erkocryl and Erkoloc-pro blu will follow gradually.
The imprinting refers to the diameters Ø 120 mm and Ø 125 mm.
The diameter 125 x 125 mm is excluded from this change.
Diemet-E
The model resin Diemet-E will not be available anymore in the future. The sale will only continue while in stock.
Silensor-sl
The new Silensor-sl allows propulsion movement, is easy to produce, the connectors are changeable easily and a light flexing of the double-S shaped connectors improves the wearing comfort.

Erkoloc-pro blu
Erkoloc-pro blu is a double layer foil with a dyed soft layer. The soft layer cares for a comfortable wearing. The blue-transparent color reduces discoloration and supports the distinction between upper and lower jaw of the Silensor-sl. (Applications: Silensor-sl (only 3mm), occlusal splints, Michigan splints, retainers)

The 300 Tp-ci includes a high performance compressor with reserve compressed air.
Thus, it is not dependent on a compressed air system.

Now available is a reduced set for the thermoformed plastic friction-generating coping in the telescope and attachment technique (DBGM).

With telescoping works the ingeniously simple system
leads to a sliding area with precise, real friction, firm fit and still allows an insertion and taking without seizing and a hydraulically feeling.
